*** NEW AGENDA ITEM: Before we get into mundane planning details, I'd like to open a dialogue to address our "Women's Only Space."
What does this mean to you? How can we uphold a commitment to be radically inclusive? What does this mean for non-women gender identities? How can our allies support us? **** This is a conversation that is important to start now, but will certainly continue onto the playa. The rest of our conference calls will probably be more detail/planning oriented, so I'd like to have this in our minds as we move forward.

- Let's get the ball rolling! Start thinking about how you'd like to help! Do you like to throw parties? Have a knack for decorating? Like to build stuff? Do you make fabulous cocktails? We're going to create committees and figure out how to make all our fabulous playa dreams happen.

* Shade Structure
- Now's the time to get busy on research, materials, and cost analysis.

* Fundraising
- Share your ideas, make it happen. We need cash for shade structures/dome decor/sundries. How can you help?

* Open forum for needs, requests, ideas.
